General Information |

Ø The cost to hire the function centre is $1800*. This includes pre and post cleaning and where possible, access the day prior to your function for set up. (Included in this figure is a $400 refundable** bond.) The hire cost also includes the use of tables (round & rectangle) as well as chairs and glassware. Ø To secure your preferred date, contact the Function Manager to ensure the required date is available, complete the relevant booking form and forward together with a cheque or money order for $600 as the deposit (cheques/money orders should be made payable to Austinmer Surf Club). Please note, cancellations of bookings are non refundable. Ø The latest time your function can run to is 1.00am. This means that last drinks are 12.30am with music off and lights on at this time. All guests must vacate the premises by 1.00am or additional costs will be incurred. All personal belongings must be removed immediately after the function is finished. Ø You must hire a minimum of 2 of our approved bar staff for all functions with less than 80 guests. Functions with over 80 guests require a minimum of 3 bar staff. For guest numbers of 120 and above a minimum of 4 staff are required. All ASLSC Function Centre bar staff are trained in the responsible service of alcohol (RSA). Ø Austinmer SLSC Function Centre does NOT supply any alcohol or any other beverages. These must all be provided by the hirer. Ø The Function Centre has glassware available for up to 120 guests (i.e. wine glasses, champagne flutes and highballs). ***************** To download a complete copy of the Club Policy information (*prices subject to change) (**Bond returned following inspection of the premises at the completion of your event.
